Before you pay for anything
The things worth knowing about how a Trainistan course actually runs.
Are these live classes or recorded videos?
Live. Every course runs as scheduled sessions with the trainer present, which is the whole point of the platform. There is no video library to work through on your own.
Who actually teaches the courses?
Named practitioners who do the work they teach. Every course page shows who runs it and what else they teach, so you can look them up before you pay rather than after.
How big are the cohorts?
Small enough that you can interrupt. The point of paying for a live class rather than a recording is that your question gets taken in the room, and that stops being true once a group gets large.
What does a course cost?
Prices are per course and shown in Pakistani rupees on every course page and across the catalogue. There is no subscription and no separate currency to convert.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full if we cancel a course before it starts, if a trainer does not deliver the sessions that were scheduled, or if you cancel before the cohort’s first live session. After the first session it is considered case by case, because a seat you hold is a seat nobody else could take.

Courses that include one say so on the course page, and the certificate is verifiable afterwards. It is issued on completion, behind assessment that a trainer actually marks.
