What we provide

Trainistan delivers live online training. Courses are taught in scheduled sessions by trainers, and are not pre-recorded video libraries.

Sessions are not recorded for later viewing. If a trainer chooses to share notes or resources afterwards, that is their decision and not a guarantee of the service.

We may change or discontinue a feature. Where a change materially affects a course you have paid for, the refund policy applies.

Enrolment and payment

Course prices are set by the trainer and shown in USD before you enrol. You pay per course. There is no subscription.

Mentorship slots are booked and paid for individually at the rate the trainer publishes.

Access to a course is personal to you. You may not share your account or resell access.

How you behave

Live sessions, discussions and chats are shared spaces. Harassment, abuse and disruption are not permitted, and can result in removal from a course or the platform without refund.

Do not record, redistribute or republish a session or its materials without the written permission of the trainer.

If you teach here

Trainers are responsible for delivering the sessions they schedule, grading the work they set, and holding the rights to the material they teach.

Revenue share and payout timing are agreed with you before your first course goes live.

Limits

Trainistan provides the platform and facilitates teaching. We do not guarantee a particular job, salary or outcome from completing a course.

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course in question.
