In Pakistan, the demand for real skills is not the problem. Talented people are everywhere, and they are willing to work. What is missing is access to someone who has actually done the job and will sit with you while you learn to do it.
The market answered that with recorded courses, because recordings scale and scaling is profitable. You buy a library, you watch two lessons, and the rest sits there. Nobody notices, because nobody was ever expecting you.
Trainistan is deliberately the harder version. Every course is taught live, on a schedule, by a working professional who shows up. Cohorts stay small enough that a trainer knows who is struggling. Assignments are graded by hand. Quizzes are timed. When you finish, the certificate says something true about you.
It does not scale as neatly as a video library. That is the point.
